ADU1, a multifamily ADU construction company, recently completed a carport conversion for a client in Beverly Hills. The client chose ADU1 because of our experience with seismic retrofits and our ability to generate additional income for building owners through increased units.
The client’s existing carport was in need of repair and they wanted to increase their rental income, so they decided to build a multifamily ADU. They chose a custom plan and ADU1 helped them bring their vision to life. The project highlights include the combined multifamily ADU construction with a seismic retrofit.
The ADU1 team faced some challenges during the construction process, but we were able to overcome them and deliver a high-quality product that the client is happy with. The end result is a beautiful transformation that will generate additional income for our client.
