Our business, ADU1, recently completed a multifamily ADU construction project in West Los Angeles for a client who wanted to increase their rental income. The client chose us because we are experts in designing and constructing ADUs, and we were able to combine their retrofitting requirements with the construction of the ADU. This meant that they could get a monthly return on their investment, without having to replace parking or make any other changes to their building.
The project highlights included the combined ADU construction with a seismic retrofit. This was a complex project that required a lot of coordination between our team and the client. However, the end result was a successful ADU that met all of the client’s expectations. They were very satisfied with our service and were happy to have increased their rental income.
